Viewers/Buyers expect it!

Don’t

  1. think Floor Plans are a Luxury. What ever the size or type of property, they inform.

  2. be told a Floor Plan will put buyers off, a serious buyer will always look.

  3. expect an Architects drawing.

Do:

  1. use our Floor Plan service with our EPC – Its cheaper.

  2. allow 1 – 2 hours for our EPC and Floor Plan service.

  3. check if your preferred Agent supplies Floor Plans FOC , (Some do) but our EPC is still cheaper.
