Want that more Professional touch? we have the contacts. This is a one off visit so mainly aimed at Internal shots. Externals will be done but dependent on weather. (Further visits charged for)

Property Photography Service

  1. With or without our EPC and / or Floor Plan service

  2. We use good quality and wide angle Camera Equipment and all taken using a Tripod and timer control for better quality results.

  3. We upload to your PC while on site so you can see and agree the results before we leave (No PC then we will use our laptop at your premises before we leave.)

  4. We mainly do internal shots as weather and light for externals can not be relied upon if commissioned as part of a single visit with EPC and / or Floor Plan service. We will however take external shots if conditions allow.

  5. We can be commissioned to do just Photography for both Internal and External shots, separate to EPC and / or FP Service.

Property Videography Service

  1. With or without any of our other core services.

  2. We can also edit your own Video footage, helping keep costs down.

  3. Or do all your own work and upload for free to our unique online TV Channel service at TC.TV.
